IIFYM Cheat Sheet

I prepared this sheet for anyone that is interested in tracking their macros and planning ahead to do so!   You certainly don’t need to eat six meals a day, but I wanted to make sure I give you plenty of room to work with!  Here is a screen shot of what it looks like:

  1. Do you subtract fiber from your carb count? Everyone trains differently and tracks differently I was just curious what your thoughts were 🙂 !! I think it’s a good topic 😛
